It explores the fundamental concepts underlying the concepts, advantages gained by embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion as essential components of organisational culture, and methods for applying this knowledge to an organisation’s approach to creating a positive workplace environment.
By the end of this course, you will have gained a deeper understanding of:
- Have a basic understanding of key DEI concepts.
- Recognise how your specific background fits into the society you live in.
- Know how to contribute to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
